My Baby Yoga course is a joyful exploration of physical play, designed to support your baby’s development while nurturing your own postpartum recovery.

 

Through a blend of gentle stretches, rhythmic movements, and 'magic' yoga poses, we help aid baby's digestion, improve their body awareness, and encourage those all-important motor skills. But this isn't just for the little ones - each session includes gentle postnatal movement for Mama to release tension in the neck, back, and shoulders.

 

Wrapped in song and sensory play, it’s a high-energy, high-connection hour that leaves you both feeling balanced, bonded, and bright
