MAMA COLLECTIVE
Stop doing it alone - Join the Collective.
They tell you motherhood is magical, but no one really warns you about how isolating it can be or how vulnerable you can feel walking into a delivery room.
My own journey into motherhood started with a traumatic labour. Left feeling overwhelmed and unheard, I realised a hard truth: too many women enter birth without knowing they have a voice, and enter motherhood without a village. I created The Jentle Mama Collective to change that story.
Through my Hypnobirthing classes and mama wellness retreats, I help women strip away the fear of birth and step into their power so they can fiercely advocate for themselves. More than that, I’ve built the sisterhood we’re all craving.
Come for the birth prep, stay for the lifelong friends. Here, we breathe, we rant, we laugh, and we enjoy our coffee hot!
The "village" isn't a myth - it’s just been waiting for you to find it.Â
Lets overcome Motherhood isolation together!

The Heart of the Collective.

Have you ever felt profoundly alone, even while surrounded by loved ones?Â
Like you're drowning in a sea of conflicting advice, desperately trying to keep up with the impossible, filtered standards of social media? And if you went through a traumatic birth, did you just swallow it down - smiling through the pain because, at the end of the day, you got your healthy baby, so you felt like you weren't allowed to complain? This was me and the very reason The Jentle Mama Collective was born.

I created The Jentle Mama Collective because I was tired of watching birth trauma rise just because women aren’t given the knowledge and the tools to advocate for themselves - and tired of the "Village" feeling like a total myth.
I realised the support we’re promised doesn’t just magically happen; we have to build it. The "Jen" in Jentle is my personal promise to be the sanctuary I so desperately needed.

You don't have to carry any of this by yourself anymore. I see you and I am here to help.
